Bleu d’encre was first of all a journal review founded by Claude Donnay, focusing on poetry and short texts, whose first edition came out during the summer solstice of 1999. Since then, a new edition has appeared each solstice.
Between 2010 and 2015, around ten staple-bound pamphlets initiated a shift towards publishing poetry collections.
Since 2015, Bleu d’encre publishes printed collections of the printing presses of the Maison de la poésie d’Amay, at the rate of around three or four titles per year.
The Bleu d’encre collection has no other editorial line than the blue line on the horizon.
